Each September 6th, Crazy Horse Memorial conducts its second traditional night blast of the year. This blast celebrates the dual anniversaries of the 1877 death of Crazy Horse and of the 1908 birth of sculptor Korczak Ziolkowski. Here is some footage of the blast on Sept. 9, 2009 --- definitely a MUST SEE. Very awe-inspiring and amazing to see the light show and honor Korczak's life-long dedication to the monument & Crazy Horse's role in American history.
